• Academic Data: Student grades, subjects, attendance records, and mock-exam analytics.
• Institutional Data: School hierarchies, staff rosters, and internal structural information.

2. Protection of Minor Data

We apply strict security protocols to any data associated with students. Student performance metrics and personal details are accessible exclusively to their linked educators, their authorized school administrators, and the student's registered parents/guardians.

3. Data Usage & Analytics

We do not sell personal or academic data to third parties. Internal analytics are generated strictly to help schools monitor pass rates and to help the system recommend targeted study materials from the Master Resource Library to individual students.

4. Data Retention

Academic records and profiles are retained securely as long as the user or institution maintains an active subscription. Upon graduation or account cancellation, data can be permanently deleted from our servers upon official request by the school administrator or account holder.
